Neo2 Binary Software Review – is Neo2 a Scam?
Neo2 is yet another binary options trading app that promises to make you rich. Only this time, you will get rich based on factors such as how hot or cold the weather is and how the sun rises or sets for the day. Neo2 binary options trading app is marketed by a certain Dr. Jack Piers PhD and according to the website and numerous other affiliate websites promoting Neo2, it is claimed that Dr. Piers is an environmental statistician who along with the programmer Amit Gupta come up with an app to make you rich. Another name that seems to crop up with Neo2 binary software is Michael Freeman a self proclaimed binary options guru and the webmaster at Binaryoptionschannel.com (who probably earns a $200 CPA for referring visitors to one of the many binary options brokers that he promotes). So before you get your own copy, please read our Neo2 Binary Software Review…
Interestingly on the Neo2 website, there is also the mention of Kickstarter.com a popular fund raising platform using crowd sourcing. But a search on Kickstarter.com for Neo2 reveals no such projects either. If you are serious in building and growing your portfolio steadily and safely without fear of getting scammed, then we highly recommend that you look at a legit MT4 automated trading system that we have tested extensively. Neo2 Binary Software Review – an Audacious Scam!
Neo2 is a bit audacious as a scam business such as this makes blatant references to US government organizations NOAA (National Ocean and Atmospheric Administration) and in the video, unverified quotes are mentioned from sites such as Washington Post and the Wall Street Journal.
The evidence of this scam is well seen by the fact that every time you refresh your browser; the website claims that 8 hours ago NOAA endorsed the Neo2 binary options trading software. A quick search at www.noaa.gov reveals no references to Neo2 or the fictional Dr. Jack Piers. As a smart trader/consumer, you have to ask why there’s no reference for such a supposedly big project?
For all the names (Dr. Jack Piers, Amit Gupta, Michael Freeman), it is rather ironic to note that when it comes to the website’s Whois details, it is privacy protected. But of course, given the false claim references made to leading authority and government websites such as WSJ.com, Washingtonpost.com and NOAA.gov the con-artists behind Neo2 would certainly not want to reveal their information at the risk of being caught by the authorities.
All the links on the site such as ‘About Us’ ‘Press’ and so on opens a window prompting you to enter your name and email address in an effort to quickly grab your details a far cry from making you rich. The only links that work (thankfully) is the Terms and Conditions section.
The terms and conditions are probably the best place to start when you suspect a scam and Neo2 is no different. Here are some important points we highlight from the Neo2 terms and conditions page.

Should You Get Neo2 Binary Trading Software?
What is evident from the terms and conditions is the fact that owners of Neo2 certainly slipped up, failing to change the TOS, which seems to be a copy/paste of CopyBuffet, another binary options signals scam. With enough evidence already of a really neat scam, there is no point in pursuing Neo2 binary options software. Given the audacity of the owners behind Neo2, in terms of fooling desperate visitors who want to get rich quick, it is only a matter of time before the website gets shuts down.
